Guilherme Polho joined KMP in 2021. Mr. Polho contributes to the formulation and development of investment theses, by prospecting and performing analysis of investment targets, as well as supporting value creation within the portfolio companies. Previously, he worked with Private Equity at Península Participações. Mr. Polho holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
