An exclusive financing instrument created in Brazil and used in some other Latin American markets, Consorciei was founded in 2018 as a platform focused on the secondary market of “Consórcios” in Brazil. It operates as a collective funding pool that serves specific funding purposes (e.g. acquire a house, automobile or another consumer product). Currently, Consorciei is expanding its product offerings to primary markets of “consórcios” and also collateralized credit in a way to offer several financing options to its clients.
Looking beyond, the company expects to keep traction on product and tech development that incorporates other primary and credit initiatives, build a differentiated platform focused on bringing less bureaucratic, fully digital experiences with higher satisfaction among customers, and explore the use of blockchain applications in its business models.
